REFLECT

  1. Ann Marie's story reveals how her struggle with under-eating distorted her relationship with her body and sense of self. In what ways might your relationship with your body reflect deeper spiritual or emotional struggles?
  2. Ann Marie's experience reveals a pursuit of control and perfection that ultimately led to greater suffering. Where are you striving for control or perfection in a way that is disconnecting you from God’s love?
  3. Healing began as Ann Marie encountered Christ more personally and allowed Him to redefine her identity. What would it look like to receive your identity from Christ rather than from your struggles or achievements?
