I also love the reminder of today’s Responsorial Psalm that tells us not to harden our hearts when we hear God’s voice. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the voice of God when He’s calling me out through my spouse or my sponsor because I don’t want to hear it. But the more I practice docility to hear my sponsor out, the better results I get. Today, I enjoy having peace, love, and joy in my life because of the work we do in this program of recovery. However, in order to keep such gifts, we must maintain a spiritually fit condition on a daily basis. May God send His angels to open our ears and hearts today to hear His voice for our lives.
